It is requested that an email attachment of the Storage Information Form be sent to Judy Grotenhuis, jgrotenhuis. Also, please enclose a hard copy of the Storage Information Form (with Donor's signature) along with the seed to be sent to the National Center for Genetic Resources Preservation (NCGRP). For seed coming from outside the United States, a Phytosanitary Certificate must be enclosed with the seed. Before sending seed from outside the U.S., please contact Judy Grotenhuis, jgrotenhuis for an Import Permit Address Label so that the seed will be directed to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Office for inspection before being forwarded to the National Center for Genetic Resources Preservation.
