Initial Questionnaire

1. Partner details. Insert names, designations, contact details of project personnel.

 

 

2. Facility Details - Give details of the facilities used for the routine maintenance of your plants and indicate additional facilities (e.g. refrigeration, cryopreservation facilities, and incubators for cold hardening treatments).

 

 

3. Plant genotypes - Give details of plant, species, and genotypes, cultivars which you will use in the study and which you would like to cryopreserve in the longer-term. Indicate source of origin where possible (e.g. obtained from USDA-NCGR).

 

 

 

4. Culture media - Give details of media used for routine culture and indicate the procedures used (e.g. give a short summary of the materials and methods used for the preparation of your media, including sterilization details).
