Preparing tissue cultures for shipping
- Plant cultures should be placed on medium with 7-8 g/L agar for shipping.
- The medium should be firm enough that it will not break up or shift in transit.
- All tubes or bags should be individually labeled with permanent ink markers as paper labels may be damaged in shipment.
