POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster size should be in portrait format and should not exceed 1 m x 1.4 m. Display boards and fixing materials will be provided.

MANUSCRIPTS FOR SYMPOSIUM PROCEEDINGS

Proceedings, including both oral and poster presentations, will be published in Acta Horticulturae. After receipt and acceptance of the abstract by the Organizing Committee, authors will receive instructions for the preparation of manuscripts. Manuscripts must be submitted at registration at the start of the symposium, or may be omitted from the Proceedings. Please note that all manuscripts submitted for publication will be reviewed and edited, and should not exceed 6 pages, to include text, illustrations and references. Papers exceeding 6 pages will be returned to authors for reduction in length.

DEADLINES

• 30 April 2004 - Final submission of abstracts of posters and presentations.
  (deadline extended from original announcement)
• 30 April 2004 - Early Registration; late registration fees apply after this date.
• 30 April 2004 - Final registration for post-symposium tour.
• 1 August 2004 - Final registration.
• 1 August 2004 - Submission of manuscripts for the proceedings.
